［室內］三面採光明亮通風、格局方正、棟距開闊舒適有隱私，水電管線油漆全面更新，兩房皆可放雙人床、使用空間大，適合小家庭、朋友共租。

台水台電費依據帳單、可申請租金補貼、冰箱、洗衣機、沙發、茶几、衣櫃、床具、寵物小型貓犬皆可議喔!

[Indoor] It is bright and airy on three sides, has a square layout, is spacious and comfortable with privacy, and has been fully updated with water and electricity pipelines and paint. Both rooms can accommodate double beds and have large usable space. It is suitable for small families and friends to rent together.

The electricity bill in Taishui is based on the bill. Rent subsidies can be applied for. Furniture and small pets are negotiable.
