一進入房源，印入眼簾的是其富有空間感的客廳與餐廳空間。整面採光、搭配手作灰泥質感牆面，營造出有別於一般出租房的質感。
除了客餐廳，還有一個額外空間可儲物、也可再放置地毯席地而坐變成小讀書區，多種搭配可以隨意利用。

Once you get in the house, there are spacious living and dining room. Lighting on the whole surface, with handmade stucco texture wall surface. That's different from many other rental room. There is an extra room for storage. You can put on a carpet, and make it into a studying room.

此房源鄰近萬華鬧區，走路10分鐘內生活圈有廣州街夜市、華西街夜市、龍山寺，雙園河濱公園近在咫尺，閒暇時間想要活動筋骨、吹吹風，這裡是最佳選擇。
5分鐘即可到最近到超市，再往北走一點可直至西門町。

This house is close to Wanhua Downtown. It's only 10-minute walk to Guangzhou Street Night Market, Huaxi Street Night Market, Longshan Temple, Shuangyuan Riverside Park.
Walk for 5 minutes, you can reach the closest supermarket, and it's just near the Ximending.
