房源格局狹長，左右雖然失去了採光、但取而代之的是每個房間都相當寬敞。3房的格局，主臥有整排採光、並有隔音窗擋住惱人的聲音。整間走一個木色的氛圍，是隱藏在熱鬧的中山區中安靜的家。
Even without a balcony, the place is fully functional with everything you need in a home. We tried to add some wood texture to the house to provide a warm feeling, and added some color to make it lively.
All rooms are very spacious, 2 of the rooms does not have a window, the one that has has a sound proof window, making the house a nice and quiet home.

離雙連捷運站3分鐘，寧夏夜市走路10分鐘即可到達。家樂福、馬偕醫院、觀光客必到冰店、桌遊店等等，應有盡有！周遭有許多有趣的事務，等你前來探索！
